I am an advocate for daily meditation. The benefits to meditation include stress relief, improves brain function, reduces anxiety and depression, and improves your overall mood. Personally speaking, it has completely changed my life. That is why I am sharing a few of my favorite guided meditations. These are all meditations that I have done and highly recommend.
